Summary: Xponent will undergo planned maintenance to upgrade the Xponent Core to version 26.2.1 in the US East (N. Virginia) region. This release includes enhancements, performance improvements, and bug fixes to improve overall stability and reliability of our Journey Orchestration and Analytics services.
All upgrades will be performed on a rolling basis starting on May 21 and ending on June 2.
This maintenance includes controlled downtime for external Hub access. The Hub application will remain running internally for DevOps migration activities, but external user access will be temporarily blocked at the DNS layer to prevent user interaction and data changes during the maintenance window. Expected external downtime is up to 1 hour during each maintenance window. No customer action is required.
Next Steps: As we make progress during the maintenance window, we will provide updates. Once the upgrade is complete, all affected components will be marked as complete.
