Summary: CSG Xponent Voice and Messaging applications will undergo scheduled maintenance, which will impact components Voice/Prod/ODC. During this activity, Purity code upgrades are done online with no anticipated impact. Since it uses a dual-controller architecture, only one controller will be upgraded at a time. Next Steps: As we make progress during the maintenance window, we will provide updates. Once the upgrade is complete, all affected components will be marked as complete.
