We’re thrilled to announce an important update to the CSG Xponent Statuspage that will make how we communicate incidents and maintenance across all CX services simpler, clearer, and more consistent than ever.
1. What’s Changing?
The CSG Xponent Statuspage is expanding beyond Xponent Core to include all CX services, such as Communications (IM, Email, MMS, SMS) and Premium Experience Applications (Bill Explainer). This means:
• Transparency: You’ll get clear, timely, and consistent updates on any incidents, outages, or maintenance. • Operational clarity: All CX services will be monitored consistently, so you always know what’s happening. • Unified experience: Updates for all CX services will now be delivered in a single, coherent format, reducing confusion and making it easier to stay informed.
2. When Is This Happening?
The update is scheduled for Friday, 31st October, 10:00-11:30 AM UTC. There is no expected service disruption; however, we recommend refraining from using the CSG Xponent Statuspage during this window to avoid any potential confusion as updates are applied. The Statuspage will be updated once the maintenance is complete.
3. Subscription Details
• When new components are added to the CSG Xponent Statuspage, customers are automatically subscribed by default. • To avoid unwanted notifications, some users will be unsubscribed from the additional components (Communications and Premium Experience Applications) during the update. • Customers who wish to manage their subscriptions for specific components can do so via the ‘Subscribe to Updates’ blue button located at the top-right corner of the CSG Xponent Statuspage: https://www.csgixponentstatus.com/ • For any questions or guidance about subscriptions, please refer to your CSG Customer Success representative.
