Summary: Xponent will undergo planned maintenance to apply hotfix version 26.2.4 in the Europe (Frankfurt) region.
This hotfix is focused on backend stability improvements for the Data In and Journey Orchestration services, including performance enhancements, bug fixes, and overall system resilience. There are no customer-facing feature changes. Detailed release notes in Document360 are not expected for this release.
All upgrades will be performed on a rolling basis during the maintenance window.
There will be no downtime, and all services will remain fully operational during this maintenance window. Customers may notice minor interruptions while individual stacks restart. No action is required.
Next Steps: As we make progress during the maintenance window, we will provide updates. Once the upgrade is complete, all affected components will be marked as complete.
