Xponent Journey Discovery Analytics is experiencing an issue regarding our new Journey Insights feature. This feature was launched as part of our recent 25.2 release. Users of our Kitewheel Hub may see an error when attempting to view the new Journey Insights feature within Journey Discovery Analytics which states that the data is unable to be retrieved. For CSG Hub users, the feature has been temporarily disabled until a patch is rolled out.
This issue is isolated ONLY to the new Journey Insights feature within Xponent's Journey Discovery Analytics and has no broader impact across Xponent performance. Graphs and general Hub usage for orchestration are NOT impacted by this issue.
A fix has been identified and will be deployed as soon as possible. There will be NO downtime and Xponent will continue to operate during this time.
IMPACTS:
- Journey Insights has been disabled on the CSG Hub. - Journey Insights users may experience the above-mentioned error for the Kitewheel Hub.
